Disclaimer:
All interested candidates participating in the competitions must confirm their candidature by 19th August and pay the deposit fee of ₹5,000 by 20th August.
Player Drop List Submission: All district associations must submit the player drop list with Official district letterhead documentation signed by the district secretary and accompanied by: Written consent letters from parents/guardians providing the reasons for dropping.
All district associations are required to submit their confirmed player list along with the deposit amount to the state association by August 20th, 2025. The deposit amount of ₹5,000 will be adjusted against costs incurred during the national competition.
In the event that any district association fails to submit the confirmed list by the stipulated deadline of August 20th, the state association reserves the right to contact players and their parents/guardians directly.
All players must attend the official camps organized by their respective state associations to be eligible for Zonal and National-level competitions. Players who fail to attend these mandatory camps will not be permitted to participate in either the Zonal or National events. Attendance at the camp is compulsory, and no exemptions will be considered unless officially approved by the organizing committee.
Once a player registers and confirms participation in the camp, withdrawal without prior notice will be considered a disciplinary violation and may result in strict action. Players who drop out at the last moment will not be eligible for refunds under any circumstances. Additionally, players who qualify and participate in Zonal competitions are required to continue and participate in Nationals. Confirmed players from Zonals will automatically be carried forward to the National list. All payments made are final and non-refundable.
Any last-minute cancellation requests made by players will be reviewed by the organizing committee. Only upon approval from the committee will the player be permitted to withdraw from the camp, Zonal, or National competition. Unauthorized last-minute withdrawals will be subject to disciplinary action and may affect future participation eligibility.
